Daniel Craig has proven to be a hugely popular ‘007’ and he is currently hitting the big screen to great acclaim, however this will be his last appearance as the famous secret agent and rumours abound as to who will replace him, therefore now is a great time to register with any of our featured bookmaker partners and get your hands on the best Next James Bond odds and offers.

Daniel Craig is filling the big screen at the moment with the latest instalment of the James Bond franchise and while he has been hugely popular in the role, he will soon be set for a facelift or even perhaps a sex change. Yes, the host of actors being priced to take over the role includes a few female candidates although with one exception, these are all way down the betting market.

Since Daniel Craig was cast as the latest James Bond in 2005 (yes it really has been 16 years!!!), UK bookmakers have been taking bets on who his replacement will be and there have been many different favourites in the intervening years, however this long running concurrent market will soon draw to a close as Craig’s heir is set to be announced. The big question is, who will be next to don the tuxedo?

Clear favourite to replace Daniel Craig is London-born Tom Hardy although in recent weeks his odds have lengthened noticeably. Previously priced at odds-on, Hardy is now as big as 5/2 to be given a licence to kill, however it appears he will face stiff competition from Rege-Jean Page and James Norton who are 3/1 shots to take the reins.

Linked with the role for many years, Idris Elba is a 10/1 shot as things stand although the Luther actor has been as low as 1/2 in recent years. Henry Cavill is also on the periphery of the betting market at 10/1 while Lashasha Lynch is a general 12/1 shot to become the first black female to take the role, some bookies going as low as 6/1 that she becomes the new ‘007’.
