Donald Trump has 64% Chance of winning US Presidential Election

The bookmakers continue to slash the odds on Trump being given a second term in office following Democratic chaos

The chances of serving US President Donald Trump being re-elected in 2020 have now hit an all-time high and the bookies have reacted by slashing the odds on him winning a second term in office. Trump is confidently expected to win the Reblublican nomination once again with a hefty self-proclaimed Republican Party approval rating of 94%, leaving him way ahead of other contenders such as 33/1 shot Mike Pence, 50/1 Nikki Haley and 80/1 John Kasich.

The odds on Trump winning the US Presidential Elections are as short as 4/7 with some leading bookmakers, this implying a probability of 64% that he gets back into the White House. Over the past 24 hours or so, Trump has received a large portion of all bets in the market with around 43% being aimed in his direction, ahead of Bernie Sanders with a reported 23%.

Punters have been backing Sanders to win the Democratic nomination at a best price of 6/4, around 35% of all bets being attracted in the past 24 hours. Sanders missed out to Hilary Clinton in the 2016 nomination.

Hot on Sanders’ tail is former New York Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, the US businessman sinking millions into his campaign with around 22% of all punters aiming towards him in the battle to be nominated.
