One of the big talking points in the Premier League this season has been the future of Chelsea star Eden hazard, the playmaker suggesting that he might be on the move in the near future. The Belgian decided to stay at Stamford Bridge after the World Cup but the rumours that he would soon be on the move have never completely disappeared and there have been fears that his days at Chelsea may be numbered. He certainly did little to end the speculation surrounding his future by repeatedly remarking how it would be a dream should he make a move to Real Madrid.
The January transfer market has now come and gone with Hazard still wearing the blue shirt of Chelsea, however it appears that he will be on the move this summer after telling the French media that he ‘knows what he is going to do”.
Just what he will actually do is open to interpretation but the general consensus is that he will be heading to the Bernabeu this summer after Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri said to reporters that “if he wants to go, he has to go”.
Most pundits certainly feel that Hazard will soon be on his way to pastures new with Ladbrokes Bookmakers slashing the odds on the player ditching west London for the Spanish capital during the summer from Evens to 4/7.
Will Eden Hazard be the centre of a massive summer transfer story? It’s certainly starting to look that way!
